Our Red Winery Vineyard has a knack for making balanced and delicate wines, whatever the vintage. 2016 is no exception; it’s darker than usual, but it still has great aromatic complexity and lift. Black cherry dominates the nose and palate, but there are traces of all sorts of other things here: baking chocolate, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, even a touch of mint. Right now, the 2016 wants grilled meats and time to breathe to be at its best. In another few years, it will want for nothing. WINE CLUB ONLY
