1/3 c. corn or canola oil
3 eggs
1/3 c. whole grain corn meal (such as Bob’s Red Mill or from a health section of the market)
3/4 c. shredded sharp white cheddar
1/2 c. shredded jack cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh basil leaves
1 cup field grown (not hydroponic) arugula
1/2 cup Italian parsley leaves
1/3 cup pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
about 1 cup Reggiano parmesan, shredded
about 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt
